Our story begins well before we operated out of a tiny room in the back of a hair salon; it even begins before becoming massage therapist.  In fact, it doesn’t even start with the realization of wanting to help others.  Our story started to take shape even before being old enough to work. Growing up, our parents were always small business owners, owning successful construction and cleaning companies.  From a young age we learned the importance of hard work, humility, respect and the value of a handshake. Fast forward many years and these are the values that we hold onto each and every day at Thomas & Co.  The adage, “work hard, stay humble” is the foundation on which we have operated since starting the business in 2010.  This motto is evident in everything we do, from our volunteer work in the community to how we interact with each and every one of our clients.  We feel incredibly blessed to come to work every day with a team that embodies these core principles and to have the opportunity to give back to the community that we grew up in.  It is an honor to carry on the family name in business and we hope to see you frequently at Thomas & Co Massage and Fascial Stretch Therapy LLC. -Caitlin & Victoria

CAITLIN, HAS BEEN A PRACTICING THERAPIST SINCE 2010; HER BACKGROUND IN THE SPA AND PHYSICAL THERAPY SETTINGS GIVES HER A UNIQUE APPROACH TO CLIENT CARE. CAITLIN’S SPECIALTY IS DESIGNING A TREATMENT PLAN THAT SUITS EACH CLIENT’S INDIVIDUAL NEEDS AND GOALS. SHE SPECIALIZES IN A VARIETY OF TECHNIQUES, INCLUDING DEEP TISSUE, INSTRUMENT-ASSISTED SOFT TISSUE MOBILIZATION (IASTM), AND FASCIAL STRETCH THERAPY™. CAITLIN RECENTLY COMPLETED CERTIFICATIONS IN SCARWORK™ BY SHARON WHEELER. CAITLIN HAS ALSO COMPLETED HER FASCIAL STRETCH THERAPY™ CERTIFICATIONS AT THE STRETCH TO WIN INSTITUTE IN TEMPE, ARIZONA, AND IS A LEVEL 3 MEDICAL & FITNESS FASCIAL STRETCH SPECIALIST. CAITLIN IS A REGISTERED MASSAGE PRACTITIONER LICENSED IN THE STATE OF MARYLAND AND RECEIVED HER EDUCATION FROM THE CENTRAL MARYLAND SCHOOL OF MASSAGE.
